How to Find Email Path in Outlook
I always have trouble doing this. I’m putting this here so future me can find it (again).
Using conversation view I can see that I have saved emails into different folders, but I do not know how to find the folder they are in. This page has a couple ways to do this: https://robert365.com/article/846
The way that works for me is this;
- Open the email that is in the folder you want to find path for in it’s own window (double click it).
- Use ctrl+shift+F to open the “Advanced Find” window
- Click the “Browse…” button and view the path to find the folder
